Brooklyn Fit Chick Vlog: Episode 7
"Midway Through the 30-Day Paleo Solution Plan, Flying on a Trapeze (Really!), Larabars and kettlebells, plus my latest giveaway"
Hello everybody!
Today is day 16 of my 30-day trial of the Paleo diet and I have my video update ready below. So far, so good! My energy is coming back and my sleep is much better than it has been in some time. This morning I had lamb sausage for breakfast for the first time in my life and thought I would pass out because it was so damn tasty. YUMMO!
Anyhoo, this past week I ventured out of my little world and took a kettlebell class with Lorna Kleidman (you can check out her website here: Lorna Fit) plus I tried my hand on the flying trapeze courtesy of the Trapeze School New York (www.newyork.trapezeschool.com) and Larabars (www.larabar.com.) I will give the full details of all soon but below is a big hint about my experiences at both. (Spoiler alert--I am a little less than graceful than you thought!)
