New “Dance Off the Inches: Latin Cardio Party” DVD is the perfect way to release stress, burn calories and get the party started!
Beverly Hills, CA – Send your heart rate AND your mood soaring with your next workout. The new “Dance Off the Inches: Latin Cardio Party” is just the ticket to a muy caliente body without the drudgery of traditional exercise. For those looking to lose weight, experts recognize that High Intensity Interval (H.I.I.T.) workouts make a big difference. But that word ‘workout’ still turns off a lot of people. With this “Dance Off the Inches” DVD you can just dance instead! You’ll learn some of the most fun and sexy Latin moves right at home while enjoying every minute. It will be available in stores and on amazon.com beginning October 2, 2012 for $14.98 (S.R.P.). The DVD includes three dance workouts each about eleven to thirteen minutes long. It also provides a warm up, a cool down and the Step Guide. As with all the “Dance Off the Inches” DVDs, the Step Guide breaks down the ten most challenging combinations so that anyone can easily master them.
“Dance Off the Inches: Latin Cardio Party” teaches you three oh-so-spicy Latin dance routines, each of a different style. Cumbia comes from Columbia. These moves are all about the hips. Reggaeton brings a contemporary dance hall flair that will fit right in your den. Samba comes straight from the streets of Brazil. Shimmy and shake your way to slim Carnival style. These dance workouts naturally bring you through intervals where you’re learning the moves at a slower pace then running through them at tempo. This creates the intervals in intensity that make all the difference to burning more calories and boosting that metabolism for better results than steady state cardio like walking at a steady pace.
The dances are led by Emily Naim with choreography by Jennifer Galardi. Naim has a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in dance from Long Island University. She has been certified in numerous fitness formats including; A.F.A.A., TurboKick, PiYo, YogaFit, Drums Alive, Zumba, and Zumba Toning. She teaches Zumba at the top gyms in Manhattan including Equinox, Reebok, Sports Club LA and New York Sports Club. Galardi has starred in, and choreographed, several bestselling “Dance Off the Inches” DVDs. She is based in New York City.
