Today I have a super, duper giveaway for one of you lucky readers. I happen to have the Kristi Yamaguchi workout DVD (Power Workout) that is autographed by Kristi herself—cool, right?
All of this is in celebration of Kristi’s first women’s activewear line, Tsu.ya by Kristi Yamaguchi, which will be sold at select Lord & Taylor stores plus at the retailers website starting this coming September. Here is a little information about Tsu.ya:

Here is a little information about Kristi’s DVD Power Workout:
Olympic gold medalist Kristi Yamaguchi and celebrity trainer Erin O’Brien have developed Kristi Yamaguchi: Power Workout for busy women who are looking for a way to stay healthy, strong and energized. This body-transforming circuit workout is split into three 10-minute circuits (plus an abs and chest segment) and is an incredibly efficient way to tone the whole body and burn major calories, while suiting even the most hectic of schedules.
Kristi Yamaguchi: Power Workout combines heart-pumping cardio blasts with strength-training moves that target all of the main muscle groups. The workout runs approximately 53 minutes and equipment needed includes light hand weights and a mat.
