There is no real theme to this ride except it opens with this sweet, sad tune that I simply adore from artist Eric Hutchinson and features a mixture of the old and new throughout. Hope you like it!

One of my students asked me to play Depeche Mode and I obliged with one of my favorites from Violator.
• Bittersweet Symphony: The Verve
When I am running or cycling up a hill—this song gets me pumping for some reason. Apparently the lead singer really did walk into a bunch of strangers while filming this video.

This tune goes directly to the pleasure center in my brain.

Man people love it when this song comes on!

This is another one of those tunes that makes my heart pump and my legs want to cycle faster.
