Topics can include: health, fitness, food, motivation, favorite gear, playlists, gym etiquette, your "a-ha" moment, or favorite photo, song or quote that inspires you to keep going. I will even consider a good rant if you have one in you!
The rules are: NO politics (zero,) keep it to between 50-500 words, make sure you spell check and proof it carefully, and there can absolutely be NO sales pitch involved.
For example: you can mention a DVD by name (or class) you love but do not include a link to direct sell it if you are a direct seller.
